Forward

You are cordially invited to the opening of

an experimental exhibition curated by the Visual Studies honours students of Stellenbosch University’s Visual Arts Department

This exhibition celebrates the 50th anniversary of the department by showcasing its newly established archive. Ranging from photographs, maps, sculptures, oral history projects and films, forward provides a space for reflection, dialogue, and interaction. As this exhibition features a growing archive, any contributions of material or information relating to the history of this department are welcome

The exhibition will be opened by Victor Honey, former head of the Visual Arts Department, on Wednesday 3 December at 18h30, and runs until 13 December
